Purchase help.

What you’re buying

₹99 INR buys one personalised quiz result. It is a one-time digital purchase, displayed here and emailed to your checkout email after payment verification. You can download a text copy. The other products on our shelf are not yet on sale.

Payment or access trouble?

If you were charged, don’t pay again. Return to the quiz in the same browser and select Restore purchase. Keep your Razorpay payment reference. Closing a checkout before confirmation can require a manual payment check.

Email unfiltered@harshita.wtf with your payment reference and a description of the problem. Never send card details or passwords.

Refund requests

For a duplicate charge or a paid result you cannot access, contact support with your payment reference so we can investigate and arrange access or an appropriate refund. Processing time depends on your payment provider. This does not limit your applicable consumer rights.

Your privacy

Your answers are sent to our server when you start checkout and stored as answer indices in the payment order’s notes to deliver the matching result. Your checkout email is also saved with the order. Resend processes your email address and result to deliver your purchase; this is not a marketing signup. Razorpay processes your payment and the contact information you enter at checkout. We do not receive or store your full card details.

Your browser stores your name, age, and quiz progress. Your name is sent at checkout for validation and saved with the payment order; your age is not. Your browser also stores your payment confirmation to restore your result. No quiz answers are used for marketing. Clear site data to remove local progress and purchase recovery; download your result first. Contact support for questions about your data.
